In order to minimize confusion and ensure a positive buying experience for our customers, we recommend you read our terms and conditions provided at the bottom of your proposal, but here are some of the basics:
Returns and cancellations
- We have a 30 day cancellation policy for ongoing site maintenance, such as search engine marketing.
- Web design services are an exception to the cancellation policies, this service is non-refundable.
Print Design Shipping
- Dveit uses Mq Printing for all printing needs. Each order and pricing is customized for Dveit design and marketing.
- For any print items, such as business cards, buyer will be required to pay all shipping fees.
